Located close to the airport with space for 2 adults & 3 children in one room was perfect. There was a single bed in the lounge area, a double bed in the bedroom as well as a single bed. Great value for money as we did not need to book another room to fit us all. The room was clean and tidy, with a tv, wifi, clean bathroom and helpful staff. A wonderful bonus is the free shuttle available 24 hours- when travelling with 5 people, this was a stand out for us. It was a little cool as it is winter so the heat pump was perfect to warm the room up. This is my 2nd stay and would happily stay again when visiting Auckland!

Right from the time I was picked up by the Lodge shuttle the driver and the staff that I interacted with, were so helpful and accommodating. The next morning when I was taken to the airport, the driver took me as close to the entrance as was possible then gave me clear instructions on how and where to enter the airport. Those actions definitely took away any anxieties.

This is the place to stay if you're flying out early the next day. It's not the Ritz but it can hold up to 6 people so great for a family. It is basic motel accommodation but the room was very clean and the sheets were crisp and snowy. With a small kitchenette, large bathroom and a big flatscreen, it has everything you want for that one nighter. There are a few shops only a few minutes walk away but only basic takeaway, minimart and liquor so if you want that sit-down meal you will need to look further afield. The bonus is the airport shuttle which is no charge and can start at 3am for those early flyers.

The property was close to airport for a quick layover. Rooms were clean and has a kitchen. They have a free airport shuttle service which was great! I can’t not say enough about the staff, they went above and beyond to make it a pleasant stay. The drive who picked us up early house of morning, I think his name is John, was very helpful and the lady who dropped as back at airport, Christella were both very lovely and they are total assets to the lodge.

We had great service,had awesome shower pressure, tidy room comfortably beds.the shuttle service was awesome definitely use them again.

Convenient location, comfortable, affordable Good sized room for us 2+3 children Cheap accommodation but comfortable enough. Staff were lovely, both on reception when we arrived and the shuttle driver was chatty and cheerful :) Despite the things we didn't like, we would use it again!

Brian was fantastic. He took us to the airport. I explained to him that the heavy door for the disabled room made it very hard to get my husband into the room. He is in a wheelchair. Brian said that he would get that seen to and said that no one had ever said anything to him about it before and thanked me for letting him know. I really believe that he will do this as he puts his customers first.

This motel was exactly what we needed before catching our flight home. We had to be up very early to catch our flight and the shuttle driver was waiting for us at 3.30 am ready to drive us directly to the airport. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

It was a last minute booking, the manager of the day had organise our room, as we wanted 2 single beds, she did a great job, We ate at the restaurant, which was 1st day of opening after 6months closed, they also did a wonderful job I would highly recommend to stay and eat here

Friendly personable staff member even at a terribly early time of the morning. Impressed at his ability to navigate the courtesy van through the thick fog to get us to the airport
